Northern Finland biobank Borealis has started its operations

10.7.2015  registered Northern Finland biobank Borealis in Valvira’s national biobanksregister. This means that Borealis is the sixth official biobank in Finland that has started its operations after the biobank act has taken effect in September 2013. Northern Finland biobank Borealis is owned by federation of municipalities of Northern Osthrobotnia’s hospital district (PPSHP)
